The recommended amount is typically once per week, especially when initially starting treatment. However, this is completely up to you and your availability. Any amount of therapy is better than no therapy at all.

Do you accept my insurance?
Thriving Mind Psychology is out-of-network for all insurance companies. However, there is still a good chance your insurance provider will cover most, if not all, of the fee. We’d be more than happy to check your out-of-network benefits for you. Feel free to give our office a call and provide us with your insurance information. As a convenience, we will fill and send out a reimbursement for you the same day as your service. This way, you can get a check from your insurance company as soon as possible.
What is the cost of sessions?
The cost of a session typically depends on the clinician you see and their experience. We believe everyone should have availability to therapy, but specifically quality therapy. To ensure all the therapists have proper training and credentials, treatment typically can cost anywhere between $10 to $300.
